Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We have a comprehensive policy to handle any issues with your order.

  1. 7-DAY RETURN POLICY We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria below.
  2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we can only accept returns for items that are:
  • Damaged in transit.
  • Incorrectly delivered (i.e., a different product from what you ordered).
  • Unused, unopened, and with the original product seal intact.
  • In their original packaging, including the triangular box and any outer packaging.

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or have their seal broken.

  1. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
  1. Email our customer care team at returns@appealaroma.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Please include your Order ID, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, which may include arranging a reverse pickup.
  1. REFUNDS
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • For COD orders, the refund will be provided via bank transfer.
    1. EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the return process mentioned above.
