Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We have a comprehensive policy to handle any issues with your order.
- 7-DAY RETURN POLICY We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria below.
- ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we can only accept returns for items that are:
- Damaged in transit.
- Incorrectly delivered (i.e., a different product from what you ordered).
- Unused, unopened, and with the original product seal intact.
- In their original packaging, including the triangular box and any outer packaging.
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or have their seal broken.
- HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Email our customer care team at returns@appealaroma.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include your Order ID, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, which may include arranging a reverse pickup.
- REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- For COD orders, the refund will be provided via bank transfer.
- EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the return process mentioned above.
