Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfume bottles.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@appealaroma.com with your order details.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 4 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@appealaroma.com with photos of the product.
