Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfume bottles.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@appealaroma.com with your order details.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 4 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@appealaroma.com with photos of the product.
