- ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Gurugram within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- SHIPPING TIMELINES We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier partners or weather conditions.
- SHIPPING CHARGES
- We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee of ₹[e.g., 100] will be applicable.
- ORDER TRACKING Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number (AWB number) and a link to the courier partner’s website. You can track your order in real-time by visiting our Order Tracking page.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery at care@appealaroma.com with your Order ID and photographic evidence.
