1. ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Gurugram within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
2. SHIPPING TIMELINES We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier partners or weather conditions.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

• We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee of ₹[e.g., 100] will be applicable.

4. ORDER TRACKING Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number (AWB number) and a link to the courier partner’s website. You can track your order in real-time by visiting our Order Tracking page.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery at care@appealaroma.com with your Order ID and photographic evidence. Please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy for more details.
